What is Wonders of Street View?
Wonders of Street View is a neal.fun project by Neal Agarwal, released in January 2023. It is a curated tour of the most interesting spots captured by Google Street View. Each press of the button drops you somewhere new: a giant lobster statue, the first McDonald's, a person caught mid-fall on a bench, or a sweeping natural landmark.
Unlike a random Street View generator, every location has been picked because there is something worth seeing. Once you land, you can look around and move through the scene like normal Street View, so a single click can turn into ten minutes of wandering. It was widely shared on X and Reddit, and it pairs well with Neal's other projects as a quick break that feels like a small trip.
