MrTechKing is a team of software engineers and creators who find the AI apps, tools and websites worth your time, test them, and explain them in plain English. Less hype, fewer dead links, more tools you will actually use.
Who we are
We are a small team, founded by Phong Yew Tong, with 15 years of experience building software. That background shapes how we review: we look at a tool the way an engineer would, checking what it really does, what it costs and whether it is still maintained, before we recommend it to anyone.
What we do
- The AI app directory: 660+ AI apps and websites, each with a plain-English write-up, its pricing tier and its alternatives.
- Free AI Tools: AI tools that are completely free, with no paid plan, checked against each product's own site.
- Free Fun Websites: free games, toys and odd corners of the internet.
- GitHub Tools: 100+ open-source AI projects, each one downloaded and security-scanned before we write it up.
- Short videos: we show the best tools in action to more than 400,000 followers on Instagram, TikTok, Threads and YouTube.
How we keep it honest
- We check pricing on each product's own website, so Free means free.
- When a product shuts down or turns into something else, we take its listing down.
- Every GitHub project is scanned for leaked secrets, malicious code and known vulnerabilities, and we say what we found.
Work with us
- Reel Sponsorship Program: we feature your website in a short video across our social channels and here on MrTechKing.com.
- Build Your Dream With Us: we design and build your landing page, SaaS website or CMS, then launch it to our audience.
