What is Hacker Typer?
Hacker Typer is the original fake hacking website. Press any keys on your keyboard and real-looking source code pours onto a black screen in green text, one chunk per keystroke, so you look like a hacker from a film without knowing a line of code.
It was created in 2011 by a developer known as Duiker101 and is still running under the tagline 'turning all your hacker dreams into pseudo reality since 2011'. It shows up again and again in TikTok and YouTube prank videos, where people use it to fool parents, teachers and friends. The hidden extras are a big part of the fun: tap Alt three times for an 'Access Granted' message or Caps Lock three times for 'Access Denied'.
What You Can Do
