What is Simplify?
Simplify bundles the dull parts of a job search into one place. Its best-known piece is Simplify Copilot, a browser extension that autofills job applications in one click on more than 100,000 company career sites and over 100 applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Greenhouse and Lever. Every application you submit is logged automatically in a tracker, so you can follow interviews and offers on one dashboard.
Simplify also runs a job board with AI job matching and curated lists of new-grad roles, internships and startup jobs, plus a resume builder that scores your resume against a job description and shows missing keywords. Simplify+ adds AI features on top: one-click tailored resumes saved as separate versions, AI cover letters and AI answers to application questions based on your profile. There is no cap on how many applications you can autofill on the free plan, and an iOS app is available.
