What is WhereTaken?

WhereTaken is a daily geography puzzle from Teuteuf Games, the studio behind Worldle. Each day it shows you a photo and you have to guess the country or region where it was taken.

Wrong guesses tell you how far away you are and which direction to go. Once you get it, bonus rounds unlock: pick the landmark in that country, name it, find the capital on the map and identify a city from another photo. Each round you complete earns a star.

Main Features

  • A new photo every day
  • Distance and direction hints for wrong guesses
  • Bonus rounds on landmarks, capitals and cities
  • Stars for each completed round
  • Shareable results
  • Free Teuteuf account to sync stats
