What is Oscar Stories?
Oscar Stories is an AI story generator app that writes personalized, illustrated bedtime stories for children in many languages. It is made in Austria by HeyQQ GmbH, founded by Dima Rubanov and Matthias Neumayer, and was created together with parents to be child-friendly and educational. It has been featured in German and European media.
With Oscar, your child becomes the hero of the story. You choose a name, characters, professions and a setting, and the app writes a new story with illustrations and a life lesson such as honesty, kindness, courage or responsibility. Stories can be turned into audiobooks with calm narration, and a classics mode lets children enter worlds like Alice in Wonderland or The Jungle Book. It works in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Korean, Chinese, Japanese and Turkish. The same team also makes LORA for science learning and Oscar Moneyfox for financial literacy.
