Adventures With Anxiety! is a short interactive story by Nicky Case, the maker of The Evolution of Trust and Parable of the Polygons. It is about a human and their anxiety, and the twist is that you play as the anxiety, a little wolf who is trying very hard to keep its human safe.
In each scene you choose which fear to throw at the human, such as being harmed, being unloved or being a bad person, and battle them through everyday moments like checking a phone or going to a party. Along the way the game gently explains how anxiety works and how a person can learn to live with it. It takes around half an hour to finish.
