What is TrainAsONE?

TrainAsONE is an adaptive running coach from the UK company Anticipatory Health. Rather than handing you a fixed plan, it learns how your body responds to training from your synced run history and builds a plan around you, from Couch to 5K right up to ultramarathons.

Every day it recalculates the plan, so a missed run or a strong session changes what comes next. It watches training load and fatigue to help you avoid overdoing it, adjusts for weather and elevation, and uses quick feedback after each run to filter out noisy data. Workouts can be followed by pace, heart rate, perceived effort or running power. It syncs with Garmin, Apple Watch, Coros, Suunto, Polar, Stryd and Strava, and runs on the web, iOS, Android and Garmin watches.
