What is Pokemon Vortex?
Pokemon Vortex is a free online Pokémon role-playing game that you play in your browser. You sign up, explore maps to catch wild Pokémon, battle trainers and gym leaders, and trade with other players to complete your Pokédex.
It is one of the longest-running Pokémon browser games and is now on version 6. It calls itself the spiritual successor to The Pokémon Crater, an older browser game, and keeps that easy, mouse-driven style. There are rare Vortex-only legendaries to find, a changelog of regular updates, a wiki and a Discord community.
It is a fan game and is not affiliated with Nintendo or The Pokémon Company. You need a free account, and the site shows ads.
