What is Pilot Trip Planner?
Pilot is a trip planning and booking app built for groups as well as solo travellers. You add destinations, build an itinerary by day, category or person, store bookings and documents, and invite friends or colleagues to edit the plan with you, so the details stop living in scattered chats and spreadsheets.
AI runs through the app. The free AI Itinerary Builder creates a trip plan from a prompt, with more than 60 filters to steer it, and a chat feature gives tailored recommendations. You can forward or import confirmation emails, files and images, and Pilot's AI adds them to the right place in your itinerary. The planner works offline, there are iOS and Android apps alongside the web version, and you can book stays at member rates or arrange group hotel blocks. Pilot describes itself as a discovery and productivity tool rather than an online travel agency.
