What is Bing Image Creator?
Bing Image Creator is Microsoft's text-to-image tool, found inside Bing Images. You type a description of what you want, pick an aspect ratio and a speed, and it generates a set of images you can download or save to a collection. The site names MAI-Image-2.5-Flash as one of its models, and signing in with a Microsoft account unlocks extra models.
Alongside the prompt box there is a gallery of ready-made templates (seasonal greetings, yearbook photos, knitted art and more) plus simple AI photo tools such as restoring old photos, removing a background, expanding an image and enhancing quality. Microsoft also shows a Video Creator in the same area. There is no paid plan: you get a daily allowance of fast creations, unlimited standard-speed creations when signed in, and you can earn more fast creations through Microsoft Rewards.
