What is Wormhole?
Wormhole is a simple, private way to send files to someone else. You drop files into the page and get a link to share. Files are end-to-end encrypted in your browser, so the service cannot read them, and the link expires on its own so nothing stays online forever.
Files up to 5 GB are stored on Wormhole's servers and permanently deleted after 24 hours. For files larger than that, up to 10 GB, Wormhole switches to peer-to-peer transfer straight from your browser, which means you keep the page open until the recipient has downloaded them. The encryption code is open source.
