What is Gerrymandle?

Gerrymandle is a free daily puzzle about gerrymandering. You are in charge of drawing the district lines for an election. Coloured houses show where voters live, and you group tiles into districts of the same size so that your party wins as many districts as possible.

Each district must be one connected shape with no islands, a party wins a district by having the most houses in it, and ties go to nobody. Along the way you learn the two tricks real gerrymanderers use, packing and cracking. There is a tutorial and a hint button, and a new puzzle every day. It was a popular Show HN in 2026.
