What is Activepieces?

Activepieces is a no-code automation tool in the same family as Zapier and n8n, built as open source. You connect apps such as Gmail, Slack, Google Sheets and HubSpot with triggers and actions (called pieces), and Activepieces runs the flow for you whenever something happens.

AI sits at the centre of the current product. You can describe an automation in chat and have it built for you, add AI steps that summarise, classify or write text, and build AI agents that decide which tools to call. It also exposes MCP servers so assistants such as Claude can use your connected apps, and it includes simple tables for storing data between runs. You can use the hosted cloud version or self-host the free Community Edition on your own server.
